Kommerce

Know what to fix before you spend more.

We help ecommerce brands find what’s holding back their ads and store, then show them what to test next.

Our team has run advertising for: Chesapeake Crab Connection, The Skin Deep, Underneath Skincare, Red Letters.

More ad spend won’t fix a problem you haven’t found.

  • Ads that get clicks, not customers. Your cost to win a buyer keeps rising, and nobody can tell you why.
  • Tests that end without a lesson. New creative ships every week. You still don’t know what made the last winner work.
  • Pages that leak paid traffic. The ad did its job. The offer or the product page didn’t.

Three steps. One clear plan.

It starts with a free test. You leave with a plan, whether or not we work together.

The free test is a review and a plan. It doesn’t include running ads or paying for media.

  • 01 Find the bottleneck (Free test): We review your ads, offer, product pages, and margins to find what’s costing you the most sales.
  • 02 Prioritize the tests (Free test): You get three tests, ranked by likely impact, and a 30-day plan to run them.
  • 03 Learn what works (When we work together): Want us to run them? Our team builds and launches the tests, reads the results, and picks the next one.

See the work. Not a list of features.

Creative made for ecommerce. Real ads our team made for ecommerce brands: statics, advertorials, creator videos, and product demos.

Nothing goes live until you say so. Every brief and every ad waits for your review. When we publish to Meta, new ads start paused.

  • Review-led static: Static ad for The Forward Bar protein bar, surrounded by five-star customer review callouts.
  • Lifestyle video: Lifestyle video ad: a woman smiles and runs her hands through her hair at home.
  • Advertorial static: News-style advertorial static ad for a sea moss gel, with a buy-one-get-one-free offer.
  • Creator reaction: Creator-led video ad: a creator reacts on screen in front of a Royal Essence product box.
  • Benefit static: Product benefit static ad for mango sea moss gel listing three key benefits.
  • Talking-head video: Talking-head video ad filmed in a podcast-style studio setting.
  • Creator demo: Creator-led video ad: a man holds a jar of body butter close to camera on a city street.
  • Apparel lifestyle video: Lifestyle video ad: a man in a matching linen set walks along a sidewalk.
  • Creator to camera: Creator-led video ad: a woman speaks directly to camera in a bathroom setting.

Built from real work. Backed by real results.

Before we built Kommerce, our team was already testing ads, offers, and landing pages for ecommerce brands. These case studies show what we found, what we changed, and what happened next.

Selected results from our team’s work before Kommerce.

These results come from work our founding team did as operators and in-house leaders, through Organic Marketing and in-house roles. They are not results produced by the Kommerce software. Each figure names its source, its period, and how it was measured.

  • The Transformation Factory (Wellness and supplements): 5.71x Meta-reported ROAS on $383K of ad spend during Cyber Five 2023. ROAS is return on ad spend. Meta attributed about $5.71 in purchases to the ads for every $1 spent. That is Meta’s own count, not a store total.
  • When: Cyber Five 2023 (five days, Black Friday to Cyber Monday)
  • 24,835 purchases
  • $15.43 cost per purchase, 47% lower than the prior week
  • The problem: Scale spend hard through Cyber Five 2023 without letting cost per purchase climb.
  • What we tested: Consolidated spend into Advantage+ shopping campaigns, split by existing-customer budget cap (cold vs. 20% retargeting). Ran an image-only campaign alongside mixed formats, plus lookalike and retargeting campaigns. Kept a diverse static and video creative set live so spend could scale without one ad carrying it.
  • The result: High-investment campaigns held 4.7x to 7.0x ROAS against a 2x goal while spend rose 454% week over week.
  • Source: Meta Cyber Five 2023 performance recap. Five-day window. Figures are Meta-attributed. $383K is ad spend, not revenue. Week-over-week changes compare a holiday week to the week before it. Led by Kendall Shaw as the brand’s CMO.

  • Strawberry Avocados (Apple Watch accessories): $4K → $17K Weekly TikTok Shop ad-attributed revenue in six weeks. Ad-attributed revenue is the sales TikTok credits to the ads. It does not include organic or affiliate sales from the shop.
  • When: Six weeks, November to December 2025
  • Week of Nov 10, 2025: $3,953 on $1,260 spend
  • Week of Dec 22, 2025: $16,812 on $4,937 spend
  • Weekly ROAS held between 3.1x and 4.1x as spend grew about 4x (6.4x in the Black Friday sale week)
  • The problem: Get a new TikTok Shop out of cold start and scale paid spend without losing efficiency.
  • What we tested: Hired creators and set a daily posting cadence of demo and unboxing videos on the brand account. Built an affiliate creator program alongside the brand account. Tested ROI targets and bids on GMV Max ads to raise spend steadily.
  • The result: Weekly ad-attributed revenue rose about fourfold while efficiency held.
  • Source: TikTok GMV Max daily export. Ad-attributed gross revenue, not total shop GMV. The period includes a Black Friday sale and the holiday season.

Questions before you apply.

  • What do I get from the free test? We review your ads, creative, offer, product and landing pages, margins, and competitors. If you’re a fit, we walk you through your biggest likely bottleneck, three tests ranked by likely impact, and a 30-day plan.
  • Is it really free? Yes. The test is a review and a plan, and it costs nothing. If you want our help running the tests afterwards, we quote once we know what needs work. Ad spend is always separate and paid from your own accounts.
  • Who is it for? Ecommerce brands that already sell online and spend on ads. We review every application first. If it isn’t a fit right now, we’ll tell you.
  • Are you an agency or software? Both. Experienced marketers do the work and make the decisions. Our software keeps brand information, creative, and research in one place, and connects to Meta today. On other platforms, our team works in your accounts directly.
  • Will you spend my budget without asking? No. A person reviews every launch and budget change. Ads published through our software start paused, and nothing spends without your approval.
  • Do I have to replace my current team? No. We often work alongside an in-house team, agency, or media buyer. We help decide what to test and why.
